Depending on a tour, we have an individual approach to our guests’ meals (continental breakfasts, national cuisine dishes for lunch and dinners “with smoke”) . There are delicious meals for vegetarians and vegans as well.

The cost is 76 000 rubles per a person, the prepayment for the reservation is 38 000 rubles, there are 10—12 people in a group.

Tour itinerary
Itinerary Retreat tour
Day 1 – meeting at the airport and going to the mountain ski resort Manzherok. Lunch. Next stop is Kamyshlinskiy Waterfall. Checking into a hotel, dinner and an evening practice near the bonfire.
Day 2 – morning yoga and breathing practice. Breakfast. Chuya highway excursion to Aktash village. Checking into a hotel, dinner. After that, there is a bathing ceremony and a massage.
Day 3 – Yoga practice. Breakfast. An excursion to Kuektanarskiye lakes. Lunch and an excursion to Mars. After that, there is dinner and throat singing by Altai musicians (Altai Kai).
Day 4 – Yoga practice. Breakfast. Travelling to Aktru glacier and hiking to the blue lake. Dinner. Overnight stay at the alpinist camp.
Day 5 – Yoga practice. Breakfast. Going down to Chulyshman river. Dinner. Bath house and a massage.
Day 6 – Yoga and exercises. Breakfast. Hiking to Kurkure waterfall. Lunch. After that, we cross the river and go up to Akkurum canyon or “stone mushrooms”. Dinner and a ceremonial bonfire in the valley.
Day 7 – Yoga practice. Breakfast. Going to the south bank of Lake Teletskoye, travelling by a ferry and crossing the lake to Artybash village. After lunch we visit an akashic reader (the Akashic Records). After returning, there is dinner waiting for us alongside with a bathing ceremony and a massage.
